First off, who puts just ketchup on a double cheeseburger, wheres the pickle and onion? The burger was pretty bad with just ketchup. The fries were super cold and tasteless. Guy hands me the wrong order then I tell him this wasn’t my order then I hand it back. Like, Idk why I give chances to this McDonald's it always disappoints so I am done I will be going out of my way for better quality.Do better please.
Ordered “too close to closing” (but fast food and before closing). Recommendation from the manager: “I wouldn’t do that.” Ordered in the app and she told me she could not refund it nor would they prepare it because it was too close to midnight. I suppose if you want to close early, that’s fine - but I do take issue with accepting a customer’s money, then not refunding or providing the meal ordered. As for using the app, once again it was shared by the manager: “I wouldn’t do that.” Best and the brightest at this location.

Worst McDonald's ever man! Ordered on the screen, clicked on the eat here option instead of to go. Waiting 15 min for my food, got it in a to go bag and with half my order missing. I asked why and they said cus they lost the ticket of my order. What the hell. Then after that I asked for a refill and it took 8 minutes to get my drinks. They were just chilling in the counter. Worst place to go. Please review the damn workers and management to make some changes!
Very clean inside of this location. Food was hot and fresh. Everything on the order was correct and came out very quick. Would definitely stop at this location again without even second guessing it.
