Not sure about this location, I called to try and have my order fixed but I ended up just giving it away. It doesn't matter if I order at the drive-thru or put it on the app, it's never followed the completely, see above video LOL. The drive-thru person repeated it back to me, the person who gave me my receipt was nice but the guy who handed me my food didn't give me a straw and my order was wrong. I’ve never been to a McDonald’s that refuses to refill a soda. I politely asked for a refill and the lady at the front told me they don't do refills anymore. Customer service was disappointing and the experience left a bad impression. If this is the new policy, they should at least make it clear to customers instead of being rude about it.
Where are the coffee and caramel? Pathetic.
