Drive thru wait time is horrible
Hey Google Fam...!! First Off....The restaurant and restrooms were clean. Who doesn't like that?? Secondly, the design of the restaurant is nice and it has an Awesome Play area for the kids. Lastly and most importantly was not the food [it's what's expected] In fact it was a Young lady this evening (7/19/2026) that sprang up to help me customize my meal quickly and without any Foul Faces or Remarks!! .....Please ....I pray More McDonald's encourage their Team to rise up and help those at the Kiosk that look perplexed. Worst service I’ve ever had. Paid for the food with the app. Went to pick it up and they said we needed the phone. Went back to get the phone and then they said they needed to see a bank statement while giving an attitude. They tried to make it up by giving us a free 4 piece nuggets but took 2 nuggets out of my two 10 piece nuggets that I paid for. I’m going to tell 50 local people and those 50 people are going to tell 50 people. Needless to say that we are now taking all of our business to in and out.
This place definitely deserves five stars. I don’t know why the reviews are so bad. It’s so clean. The staff is amazing. It’s got a wonderful play area with a baby changing station. I’m definitely coming back here.
Very poor service!!! The gal they said whose name is Jaysoul lacks customer service skills. She didn't take my code to earn points because she just wanted to RUSH and when I mentioned it to her, she said "that's ok you can enter it later using your receipt." But she didn't give me my receipt. And when I asked for the receipt, she said oh "she forgot", and it's too late". I used to go to this McDonalds years ago when I lived in the area.
