Just wanted to say thank you to the one of the managers for believing me when I ordered my food online. I ordered thru the app. Like I usually do. Went to pick it up and the GM said my order had been canceled. Now I live very close to the location and my app states I cannot cancel my order due to the close proximity of my home and the location. Went thru drive-thru 7/12/25. Employees very unpleasant. Asked for plain double cheese. They scraped some of ketchup off and it still had ketchup smeared and dripping off bun. All of the food for 3 people was cold and did not taste good. Never going here again!
