The lady taking my order said I couldn’t have a water bottle because the computer was not letting her choose that for my meal. So I said it’s fine, I’ll take the medium cup with ice water. And she told me that water is not an option for the medium drink, I wish I was kidding. None of these restaurants on Page and Ashby know what they’re doing.

I placed a mobile order here for breakfast, a soda, and a frappe. When i get there, the guy immediately tells me their frappe machine is broken. We’ve all heard the “ice cream machine broken” excuse before so whatever. Next after he gave me my two sodas, he slammed the window shut on me before he could ask about my food. It’s a mobile order so it should be on the screen for the staff to see. How unorganized and inefficient can an establishment be? I come to this McDonald’s all the time I order on the mobile app and I come here to pick up my order recently. This McDonald’s has not been my favorite lately. The workers does not follow directions. I told them to put something on my food and they don’t and I paid for it recently I ordered a snap wrap. I pacifically said no cheese and when I got the snap wrap and I opened it there were cheese in it and that could’ve ended very badly because I’m allergic to cheese. These workers really need to pay attention.
