Today was my worst experience!! I ordered at the counter and I also ordered on the app .I received the order from the counter but didn't receive my app order. I mention it to the manager she said she didn't see it . I proceeded to show her the order number and my phone showing it was completed. . She asked me what I wanted her to. So I just lost payment and talked to rudely
Restaurant not busy but took 35 minutes to get bacon and egg mcgriddie. It wasn't hot! Very bad experience today. It might as well be vending machines in there. The people are unfriendly and don't want to talk to you, wait on you, go our machine. Which takes much longer to order and have to get through the suggestive marketing.
The late night service that this McDonalds is the worst ever. We waited 12 min to order. When we asked if they were open they said no. Then in 30 sec they said we will be right with you. When we got out of drive thru line that was not moving I went in to talk to the manager. She said there are only three people working. She told me to leave. I said that the door was unlocked.
