Wont even take your order then say cant they use the kiosk. Waited 10 mi. Never go here back is filthy
Me and my mother ordered a Big Mac and two fish sandwiches. This is usually an easy and quick order but it took over 20 minutes. Two people who were behind us 4 minutes into our wait got their food in less than 5 minutes. When we received our food we never even got a “sorry for the wait”. We also sat at the window watching two workers in there just chatting. Food was at least warm.
They will always be one of the longest waits you will have at McDonald’s, which is saying a lot because they stopped being fast in the early 2010s..
