Ordered online from the app. Arrived and checked in - after a few minutes the app indicated that my food was on the way out. I waited about five more minutes and went inside to see what was happening. The attitude was that I was bothering them by coming inside and not using a kiosk. I noted who I was and that it said my food was ready. She was flustered and frustrated and said that she was working on it.
