Took over 15 minutes for anyone to ask for what order I was waiting on to deliver. Massive waste of time for myself and the customer. Poor service and unwelcoming.
I received my Dr. Pepper through the drive thru and found a piece of blue plastic floating in it. Very nasty. I consume enough microplastics, I don’t need to drink a macroplastic too. I also don’t understand how this was not caught by the employee :(
Early Morning manager is so kind even at times such as 4:30 am, simple gestures yet makes my morning everytime I go!
