hash browns always seems to be hot and fresh whenever I come here when on my way to work. Employees also are pretty attentive when it comes to ordering deals!
We ordered through the mobile app this morning, drove up to the drive thru to pick up. We sat in one lane for a moment with no answer; a truck drove up in the other lane and was immediately helped. A short time later, so were we. Not a good start. Confirmed the mobile order, AND confirmed that we didn’t want a receipt, and then we were told to proceed to the middle window, which we did. Drive through was easy, they got the order correct, and were so friendly!! Thanks so much for being such a great place to be!
When the item says PLAIN two times on the receipt it means PLAIN!!!! Every time I come here my order is wrong. It REALLY is not that hard! And they are so SLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It really sucks getting all the way home and noticing that people can’t do their job!!
