It's rare I give a bad review, but this is how my 1st encounter went. I ordered curbside & waited over 15-20 min. I walked in & I did see many workers busy, however when a worker helped me upfront, apparently my order was sitting and no one ever brought it out. So they gave me it, and it was missing items. I had my burger and drink, but was missing my large fries & 2 blueberry creme pies. My sweet tea they put creamer in and it tastes disgusting, I’d rather they just say “hey we are out” then do that is honestly disgusting I had to throw it away.
I come here very often as I'm off work at midnight 3/5 of my work days. I've never had a problem up until recently. Typically I'd have a really good review of this specific McDonald's but the past two times I've came to this location I've had a terrible time. Tonight in specific really angers me. I just waited in the drive thru for almost a half hour. I ordered a double cheese, a large fry, and a double cheese free with a code. Never once was I told anything about codes not working. Listen I'm not one to shit on fast food but this used to be such a solid location and sometime over the last year it has became the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. The last three times I've been they have absolutely butchered our simple order for two people. Truly astonishingly bad.
