I went through the drive thru. The worker was very nice, no problem there. But, I go there almost every day for my sugar free vanilla iced-large. 4 out of 7 days it's the way I like it.Then other days it's nasty, even asking for how I like it! It's SF and it's still tastes sweet. Sometimes too much cream. I haven't figure how to order it on there. Just want consistency! It not hard or is it! I used to order it one way, then now I'm told not to order by a different worker. Really?
The only thing worse than the customer service was the food!
Great employees and the food was hot,,fresh!
