This has to be one of the worst McDonlads in the entire country. They operate at one speed, which is snail-like, they screw up orders and they're as rude as could be. Today will be the last time I spend a dime at this establishment.
I decided to give this place a try despite the reviews because it is only 5 miles from my house. There was no one inside when I went in and only 2 cars in drive thru. It took over 20 minutes to get a 4 piece order and then when I got home it was missing an item. I will drive a little further next time.
They take all day to give you your food. This is bad service do better. I asked for a handful of napkins. They gave me four. Not coming back.
The person inside the restaurant taking my order seemed confused. I ordered with my granddaughters at the McDonald's in Walnut Cove. We were headed to the park to eat . We get there and get the food from the bag, and a sandwich and fries was missing. I was charged for the missing meal. I called the restaurant and was told to come back and they would cook me "a fresh sandwich." I didn't go. I don't live in that area and don't go to that particular location.
