The last two times i visited this location, I've been pulled to the second widow to wait for a single drink item. (This time it was a mocha frap, last time it was one of the freezes) 2/2 times, I've been forgotten about and have to go back around the line to get the attention of the employees. I asked for a refund today, and was given one with no apology, no drink, and no hospitality from the manager on duty. I won't be back to this location. I ordered a blackberry refresher NO TOPPINGS they tried to make one with no syrup. Then acted like I ordered the drink, I ALWAYS, get wrong. I guess that interaction pissed off the lady cause -inserting a picture- of what my fries looked like when I got home. I ordered a med 10 PC nugget meal and a double hamburger plain... and a drink wIth no topping.... HAVE A BETTER DAY MCDONALDS IF MY ORDER RUINS YOUR DAY THAT BAD GET ANOTHER JOB.
Didn't get everything i ordered i was not driving back 10 miles to get was missing fries taste like they were there all day fish sandwich was so sloppy big mac was very sloppy not happy at all ill start going elsewhere to get my food
I was coming thru to get an iced coffee early in the morning and one of the managers slammed the window in my face after simply asking him to stir the coffee more! It was some guy with an eyebrow piercing, he was completely unprofessional. I will not be coming back
