The worker placed my ice cream cone on the tray rather than handing it directly to me and immediately as she transferred the tray to us, the ice cream cone tipped over onto the dirty tray. When I asked to replace this, she refused to because the food had passed the counter. Great customer service!
met average expectation for McDonalds
What you'd expect from McDonalds in terms of food quality, which is the bare minimum I expect from a fast food place. Service has to be the worst in Omaha hands down. They are extremely consistent here, consistently missing my food items, forgetting to take things off, and acting like them being slow to get my order done is my fault. Taking the extra time to go to literally any other location is worth it.
