If you want to sit forever for your tajeout order while you watch 5 more parties order and be served before you then this is the place to go. I have never had a single pleasant drive thru or in house service encounter at this location.
I ordered a $5 meal deal with a no ice diet coke, and used a coupon for a free burger. What I got was a $5 meal deal with regular coke with ice, no burger from the coupon, and no dipping sauces. It was an order from the app, there's not even the potential issue of mishearing/miscommunication on my order, how on earth do you screw up that bad? Lazy.
Food was fresh and correct. But this location ALWAYS forgets the sauce. It doesnt matter the day or night. Literally who is supposed to eat dry nuggets? Exspecially when you paid extra? We ordered ahead of time got there and still had to wait about 20mins for the food. But it was fresh so that was the plus. The customer service was fine. Just always forgetting the sauce.
