nice park area out back, good fast food, nice folks to help with new system
Today I went to pick up an order since I am Doordash driver and I was waiting for my order for more than 40 minutes. It should be noted that since I arrived I saw the bag with my order number and despite having I asked several employees and no one gave me my order. They just laughed among themselves and didn't give me my order. Terrible customer service, bad but bad service, very bad, I will never take an order from here, much less go shopping, for me, bad service and customer service
Best customer service I have ever received through the drive through. We were there 7-10-25 at 2:28 pm. Those two at both windows were friendly and fast!!! Will come again!!!
Food is as expected. We stopped going here after repeated missed items or incomplete orders. That in and of itself is somewhat expected in fast food, the acceptable part is their refusal to remedy the situation appropriately. The last issue, they missed a chicken sandwich with special instructions. When we got home we found it missing. I returned to the store and they quickly grabbed the missing item and gave it to me. Placed an order for breakfast on the app, went to drive thru to pick-up, waited my turn it was 10:33a when I arrived at the window. Gave my code and was told they were no longer serving breakfast and my order would be cancelled and I would receive a refund. Dah, of course I was entitled to a refund. If the app allows me to order for pick before 10:30a, why wouldn’t my order be ready? Then I was told they were out of bagels. Why allow an order on the app if you can fulfill it.
