If I could give 0 stars I would. Very rude staff and poor customer service, will not spend my money here and I advise everyone else to do the same. Don’t waste your time or money with this unprofessional establishment.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. 0/10 for customer service. I waited in curbside pickup and no one ever brought out my food. When I finally went through the drive-thru line, the employee handed me my order without saying a single word. I have never felt so disrespected. Working in fast food doesn’t excuse poor customer service — every customer deserves basic courtesy and respect.
This McDonald's here is slow, ignores the customer, over charge your order bc of their mistake. I mean you see people at the cash register at least recognize that you notice them. Unacceptable for this type of service.
I only gave one star because there is no negative star rating. The lobby often smells. The food is served cold unless specifically asking for fresh and hot. This will require and additional wait of 30 minutes. If avoiding lobby drive through is not a good option the chance of the order being right is 50/50 and the chance of you being asked to pull forward and wait after paying is 80 percent after your wait the chances of your food being cold is 100 percent.
