I mobile ordered two iced coffees with whip cream and caramel drizzle. The curmudgeon older woman with the red hair was making my coffees. Her coworker reminded her about the whip cream and caramel to which she loudly and passive aggressively responded: “THIS IS NOT DUNKIN.” I received my drinks 70% filled with deflated whip and no caramel. I went here tonight trying to order food. The mobile app wasn't working. So I went through drive through the night crew is absolutely horrid, barely speak English. Don't understand simple questions. When asked all I wanted was some information as to why the mobile app wasn't working. And If I could use my points at drive thru to order food, they couldn't answer a simple question, and when I tried to get an answer, they stopped talking. And completely ignored me.
