I spent a month trying to speak to every manager available and every time they say they call me back they ended up stealing $45 for charges that I never authorized them to make on my card after going through the drive-thru and only ordering $12 worth of food. I have the charges to prove it and the manager said there's nothing she could do the card issuer is prepaid so it wouldn't allow me to get my money back. Try not to go to this place they haven't had orange juice in 2 months because their machine is broken and it's clear... read more
They need to do something about their drive thru. Too many people cutting in line because there's three different entrances. And the homeless begging outside.
