This was a busy Saturday night right at dinner time and despite the rush in drive thru the chick taking orders and working the window was the BEST! Wish I knew her name bc she had the line moving fast, food was fresh and correct, and efficient!
The girl taking the order got it mixed up and when I tried to come back in to get the burger that they left out. The manager got mad and started arguing with me, even though I was more than willing to pay for the burger. She gave it to me for free, but had a whole face and glaring at me. Her name was "Esmeralda" or "Esperanza"
I was assured I could get a slice of prime rib and fully loaded baked potato by the employee on the phone when I called to inquire what their best menu item was. When I arrived at the drive-thru and ordered said items, they told me they didn't have either. I asked to speak to the manager and they told me to get out of line. I pulled around and parked next to the homeless guy who was loudly yelling how no one cared about his cigarette.
