Worst McDonald’s, just went drive thru and is terrible plus lady in drive thru attitude
We always experience great customer service when we use the drive through or eat in the dining area. Dining area and bathrooms have been clean when we have been there.
Manager made a scene and essentially scolded us for ordering 2 cups of water through the drive thru. Told us we needed to come inside if we wanted water. Seriously how is it an issue to take a second to press a button and fill a water cup. No food in the order or anything difficult. Like literally what difference does it make? My 3 year old was in the car with me and my husband and I was not unloading the whole family in this Florida heat for some water
