The staff were completely ignorant, dismissal and rude. SERVICE is -5 star. I have to give them a one star because that’s the minimum I could give. I would definitely never return to this place. We made an order for a simple, small dark black coffee with a small ice cream and he took them 15 minutes to give it to us When we went to the front counter to talk to the supervisor or manager, she completely ignored us and the front counter. Staff also ignored us. The service is horrible.
The employees here are disrespectful. Linda, the manager, and another employee ignored me. I originally ordered through the self-checkout, but it didn’t print my receipt. When I requested a receipt, the employee did not know how to print one. Overall, the customer service was poor, and I would skip this McDonald’s.
