Disappointed I found this in my burger
This review is not about the employees or the food. I want to state that upfront. This is about the experience of going and trying to purchase a meal at McDonald’s. They advertise a meal for a price that includes a drink, side, and entrée. However, when you go in and buy one of these meals, they want to upcharge you to actually receive your drink. Then, to add further insult to injury, after you’ve gone ahead and paid their BS upcharge and you ask for a small cup for water, you are told you need to pay for that as well. This... read more
I had to watch an elderly couple walk though the traffic of the drive thru because someone thought it was a good idea to move the ADA parking as far away as possible. They put the online order pick up area where the ADA parking used to be. Whoever thought of this, hopefully you never become disabled and have to deal with ignorant moves like this. We will never come back here again.
Wish I knew what time the lobby closed…
