I had a very frustrating experience at this McDonald’s. I placed a curbside pickup order for just a coffee and waited nearly 20 minutes in my car. No one ever came out, so I had to go inside. Once inside, I still had to wait again, and when I asked about it, I was simply told they were “just busy.” I understand that things can get hectic, but it shouldn’t take this long for something as simple as a coffee. Definitely disappointing service.

I recently visited this location and was assisted by an associate named Barbie, who was quite rude. Despite my attempt to cancel an incorrectly placed mobile order, she repeatedly told me to leave her lane and move forward, even though the car in front of me had already moved. She was so rude when I tried placing my order I ended up just leaving. Her unprofessional behavior was shocking, as I am a frequent customer and have never experienced such treatment. The food is going down hill. Its not hot and I know it's fast food but I hate to feel rushed especially when I ordered ahead but I do love a mc d diet coke
