it literally always takes 20m minimum
I just waited inside the lobby for over 10 minutes just to place an order. No employees were at the register for several minutes. Finally, an elderly customer came inside to inquire about her order and had to essentially walk into the kitchen to get any attention. The cashier finally came to the register, but had to repeatedly ask for Erica, the manager I presume, to ring anything up. It appeared that several employees were jist standing around in the kitchen. This is an ongoing issue with this store.
Drive thru takes at least 30mins everytime
Ordered table side service and had to go up to the counter to get it
