Prices went up and the size and taste both went down 👎🏻 I was very disappointed but can't wait for the restaurant nextdoor to open
I ordered on the mobile app and picked it up in the drive-thru, and upon arriving home, I noticed I was missing a chicken nugget and I also did not have the ranch sauce. I am currently pregnant, and this was very devastating. I had a really strong craving for nuggets, I needed them, and when I looked in the bag, it was just gone. It is not hard to count to 6. You all may want to start having your employees count to 10 during the job interview.
I visited the drive thru a bit ago and ordered a hot chocolate - $3 and something. When it was cool enough to drink, it tasted awful - no flavor, no sweetness. When I got home I removed the lid in the light to discover they gave me a cup of plain, white milk 😡
Get pulled up and waited 10 minutes for 2 mcchickens when there wasn’t a lot of business. Next time I am missing one of my chicken nuggets and both the sauces, 3rd time they make both my large iced coffee and large frappe in medium sizes and then want to argue with me when I kindly asked them to correct it and it says the size of the cup right on the side of the cup and I’ve ordered these multiple times. This is the last 3 experiences I’ve had here in the past couple of weeks and will be the last.
