There's a Spanish manager in this facility that treats her workers bad. The way she talks to them and I happened to be present when she made one of them feel embarrassed in front of the clients. You don't do that to anyone whether training or not. Would she like to be treated that way? I'd consider speaking to her in how to handle employees or I'll go corporate it's not nice. You get more honey from your bees if treated nice.
