Service is so bad took 30 min to get me a hot n spicy and fries, whole crew needs to be fired and rehired
I went to use my reward points for a frappe and their machine wasn't working and they would not redeem my points and forced me to order something else that tastes completely different. This is complete bullshit. I said I want my points back and Ill just order it next time but she would not redeem there. Came here on a Friday night. It was 10:30, and there was 1 other vehicle in front of us in the drive through. Took them 5 minutes to get to us to order. We ordered a Snack Wrap, large fry, and an ice cream cone. We got the cone right away when we paid at the window. They had us pull ahead and wait for our snack wrap and fries to come out, so we did. 10 minutes later they brought out what we thought was our food. Went through the drive thru at 10:15pm, no one in front of us. By 10:40pm we still hadn't received our food, when asked how long it would be, the 2 male counter employees just laughed & walked away. When I asked how many people on shift they said 5, & half of them were on their phones when I went inside. Got a refund & left.
