Overall okay
The employee named Stephanie was very rude. I asked her a question why the food is taking long and she threw her hand up and gave me an attitude. I let her know I spoke to her respectfully and for her to do the same and while I was talking to her she walked away. I spoke with the manager and asked her to have her employee apologize or I will leave a review. The employee told her manager I am not apologizing to her and the manager said sorry call our store manager. Very inappropriate behavior.
Was not provided a receipt, but was overcharged on my credit card statement for a “donation” I did not consent to. Also received a half full fry container and fewer nuggets than ordered. Tried to call to correct and nobody picked up.
