I’m extremely disappointed with McDonald’s online ordering system. This is the second time I’ve paid for an order, and it was never processed properly. Today, I asked my wife to place an online order to save us time. The money was withdrawn from her account, but when I arrived at the store, they told me there was no record of the order or the payment.
