Great service with best food
I visited this McDonald’s location today around 3:40 PM and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a poutine, and not only was the gravy missing or barely there, but I also had to wait over 15 minutes for it. When I brought it up to the staff, instead of addressing the issue properly, they were laughing and showing no professionalism at all. This kind of service is unacceptable. The place doesn't feel safe even at broad daylight! A lot of shady people roaming in the parking lot. The dining area is dirty and no staff is out clearing the garbage cans or cleaning the table.
