The day shift at this location is great and typically very friendly but the night shift is awful. I generally will drive to the East Lansing location anytime past the afternoon. Made the mistake of going tonight and even another customer stated how unnecessarily rude the front staff was. Crazy how shift change can be a polar opposite.
Holy hot mess. We haven't been to a McDonald's in about 6 months and now I remember why. This location is the absolute worst. I ordered on the app to eat inside. Every single table was filthy and we are sticking to the disgusting floors. I wiped down our table and with some wipes from my purse. Just went through the drive thru after placing a mobile order. Got home to find my Big Mac burger was TINY, overcooked and the bread was dry. I choked trying to swallow the one bite I took, even though it was mostly bread because the patty was so small compared to the usual ones. It was also hard. My son also complained that his burger’s patty was dry and hard…with super dry bread. Not sure what was up with tonight, but it is not usually anywhere near this bad. The positive side is that most staff is friendly.
Horrible wait time, food was old and my nuggs tasted like cardboard, and were hard as a rock! Employees slacking and being unprofessional, I’m sorry I ever came here!!
