I’ve been a customer at this McDonald’s location for over 15 years, and I’m honestly very disappointed by what happened last Tuesday after the snowstorm. I went through the drive-through to get food for my kids after being stuck at home for days. The employee taking orders was extremely rude and kept interrupting me every time I tried to explain what I wanted. Usually go to this location. Whoever was on drive thru tonight was rather rude. I waited about 5 minutes before she took my order after saying "I'll be with you whenever I can". It was not busy, I don't see why it too 5 minutes. She sounded very frustrated that I had a little bit of a bigger order and was really worked up that I wanted to use my rewards code. Food was Great, for fast food. Delivered quickly. I asked for ketchup got my fries, never got it and did not see anyone to ask for it.
