This place is ok. Definitely convenient, but thats about it. Less traffic than the one in Willow Street where you wait 20 min or more in the drive through then get told to wait in a pull in spot. The food at this location is hit or miss with freshness regardless of time of day. It's getting rare that my fries actually come out hot. My soda or tea will have mostly melted ice by the time i get it. Pretty much dont go to this location or Willow St one anymore. For the price of a meal its just not worth it.
They didn't give us half our order, no straws either. When we called the supposed manager had an attitude and basically said we were lying. And they get $15 an hour for not even doing their job.
This McDonald's needs to seriously get their act together. I am an Uber eats driver and I just went to pick up an order and I literally stood there for over 10 minutes waiting for an order that was sitting there for over 10 minutes when I was there not one person acknowledged me the whole time I stood there. I just ordered a burger and the meat wasn’t even on the bread. The bread was damaged. They forgot to hand me my drink, the drink tasted like plain water. The wraps were dry. Fries were literally almost empty. was not given the sauce I asked employees have zero communication skills. Very bad customer service. And I ordered 20min in advance drove another 10min and waited over 30min.
