Clean, hard working staff, food was correct and pretty fast, one issue that gave 4 not 5 stars is the staff seem to forget that not everyone uses the kiosk ordering machines, and just want to order with a real person n pay at once, but noticed the staff pay little yo no minf to the front register side unless someone says hello is someone gonna help me. I love my mocha frappe, I went to Kings street Lancaster Pa it was so watery but they said it comes that way, not them knowing that I always get my mocha from other McDonalds and they are freeze brain famous this was so watery that you could drink it without a straw

want to give a special thank-you to Alana, the manager at this McDonald's. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order, Even during a busy time, she stayed professional, and genuinely caring. It's rare to come across leadership like this ,and McDonald's is lucky to have her, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Thank you, Allana, things are slowly changing since you have been here, and it's noticed!
