How has this location not been shut down, or at least overhauled its crew? Sat in drive thru waiting to order for 10 min, without a word. Overall took 20 min to the order I had already placed via app, and apparently I had an above avg experience for this location, since both my items were correct and only one of the two cold. Just an overall vibe of indifference from the crew.

15 minutes in the drive thru AFTER I ordered just to pay! Another 5 minutes to pull up to get food. My deluxe quarter pounder was barely warm, fries cold and greasy, coke tasted like syrup and tap water. It was bad when the Bear family ran it and just as bad now.

It showed up about nine thirty. It was really busy, and I understand that. But the manager would not even look or come to the counter. It was almost twenty minutes before they took my order. And then she was mad when I asked her why they couldn't come and taken it, I understand that it might have taken a while to get my food, but to take almost 20 minutes to get my order in. that's not acceptable, and she was really pissy about it.
