This place is filthy. The overwhelming smell of dirty restaurant hits you as soon as you open the door. The entire floor is covered by a strange slimy film. Menu kiosks are covered in finger grease. There is caked up dirt in every corner.
Going through drive-thru they are so slow sometimes you are waiting over 20 mi s for your order. By then your fries are not hot.
Little dirty inside, still good food
I don't know what's going on at this location, but every single time I order here, they manage to mess something up. Whether I order through the app or in store, my order is always missing items, they give me someone else's food, or they add or remove toppings I never asked for. This never happens at any other locations, only this one. At this point, it's clear the staff either doesn't pay attention or doesn't care.
