Used to have great service it's been terrible will not go anymore.
Feel like I have constant issues at this specific location. Tried to order food, the order was accepted and processing but apparently they were closed and didn't turn off pick up or delivery for their location, so I drove out for no reason and now have to wait for my refund. In addition to this, one of the managers recently told my friend that he needed to "get a life" for getting his free pies during the monopoly event. Overall just terrible service and environment that isn't represented at the loves park locations.
Edit: November 27th 2025: I came back today and this is what I received for breakfast. One of the hotcakes, im assuming maybe it was broken on the griddle before serving? And then my eggs are burnt. Consistently disappointed in food quality at this mcdonalds recently despite the employees at the drive thru window being very kind. Please try to improve on food quality.
