30 minutes to get through the drive-thru at 1800 on a Saturday. 5 whole cars when I got there became 20 before it was done. The management and ownership of this location HAVE to be completely incompetent for it to continue to be this bad and it never changes. I dont blame the workers, its the top for sure. If my kids didnt want it, Id never come back. Everything about this location sucks. Go to the Roscoe McDonald's, I strongly recommend you go there. The drive will be shorter than the wait anyway.
Dawn at the drive thru always makes the mornings better. She is the sweetest and knows what she’s doing!! Give her a raise or some sort of award!
This has got to be the worst McDonald’s on planet earth. Took 25 minutes to get a burger a small fry and 4 piece nuggets in the drive thru.
I highly advise just avoiding this place . This is the 3rd time in like 3 months my wife went without lunch because they can't get a order right... its right on the receipt but the food was far from right. And my wife gets lunch at 1130 so I was there at 1115 so there was definitely no rush hr excuses... then after her lunch and I go to ask for my money back and bring them the food they act like im the problem... no apology no nothing just here hands me receipt
It took forever to get a big breakfast waiting on eggs. It made me late for work.
