I sat at the drive thru, which has 2 lanes, and they told me they'd be right with me, then proceeded to take the other lane's order before me, even though that person pulled up after me. No one ever came back to me in my lane, so I left. If you don't want my business, I'll go elsewhere!!
This used to be the best one in the area. I don't know what happened lately. I ordered breakfast on the app which said they were doing breakfast until 10:59. I got there at 10:40 and they said they are only doing lunch and I have to cancel the order. A couple weeks ago I got told to pull forward for a drink and then I had to go in after 10 minutes because nobody bought it out and I got ignored for 5 minutes.
