I visited McDonald's recently for a quick treat and was initially pleased by how easy it was to place my order—no line, no hassle. I ordered a single McFlurry, and at the time, it was the only order on the screen. However, what should have been a fast and simple experience turned into a frustrating 10-minute wait. Restaurant is clean and I don't usually have issues with my order. However my last trip here they had mixed up my order with somebody else's. The manager "Michael" could use some customer service training. He didn't believe me at first and treated me like I was a liar. Other than that, not a bad location.

Very poor service waited at counter for 5 minutes finally asked if someone was working cash. Took a few more minutes before anyone waited on us. The cashier was talking loudly to another employee. The drinks station was dirty no cup libs stick counter, garbage was overflowing I couldn’t even clean my tray. Food all over floor restaurant was filthy. I told manager who said he just started his shift. I said I’ll never go there again due too filthy conditions in the restaurant parking lot was the same way. Sad to see McDonalds ... read more

Its a mcdonalds, food and service is pretty much the same everywhere else. However giving 1 star because everytime i go, they pretty much mess up my order every single time. I try to go to another location when i can.
