McLove the place!
Like it's McDonald's, so set your expectations accordingly. Our experience was pretty below average. They screwed up the order twice, the customer service was really subpar given the attitudes we experience when bringing up the fact that our order was wrong twice. I particularly wasn't impressed with the fact that in spite of the fact that we ordered food and got different food, they didn't let us keep the wrong order food which I guess that's not what I paid for but I already just going to throw it out anyways? Very very disappointed to say the least. Ordered 2 quarter pounder combos and the French fries were stone cold and hard as rocks and I am not joking. Got tap water instead of bottled water and the burgers looked like they were thrown in the boxes . It’s sad when you pay $30 for 2 combos and get crap…. Well I guess that’s fast food , seems like no one cares anymore. It’s all about the money
I visited McDonald's recently for a quick treat and was initially pleased by how easy it was to place my order—no line, no hassle. I ordered a single McFlurry, and at the time, it was the only order on the screen. However, what should have been a fast and simple experience turned into a frustrating 10-minute wait. Restaurant is clean and I don't usually have issues with my order. However my last trip here they had mixed up my order with somebody else's. The manager "Michael" could use some customer service training. He didn't believe me at first and treated me like I was a liar. Other than that, not a bad location.
