Ordered three cookies. They gave me a pastry. Didnt even try to tell me they were out or ask of I wanted a substitution. Ordered an iced mocha minus the expresso - essentially i just wanted a chocolate milk with ice and whip cream. NO COFFEE. I got a large iced coffee instead (no chocolate or whip), even though verbalized no coffee.
