I order from the kiosk and paid with cash so I got my receipt and went to pay for the food I stood at the counter for 45 minutes before anyone came all the employee was doing drive thru on employee looked at me 3 times and never came up to the register or anything she could have told me someone would be with me shortly but nope just came doing orders for the drive thru guy only way I got my food was a door dashing person came in the new McDonald's design with no one up front it sucks
Easily one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been too, you’d get your food fast if you went to an olive garden. The staff have no idea what there doing either, most of the time it’s either wrong or it’s undercooked. This place is a waste of space, material, and manpower.
Why does it take so long to get food at this McDonalds? Just hire the people you need to run this place. Other McDonalds can do it. What's up with this one? I could have bought a pizza from Walmart across the street took it home, baked it, came back and ate it in the parking lot. For real everyone save yourself and just skip this McDonalds until they put up a sign saying they got a new franchise owner.
Placed my order on the app to pick up in the drive through. Pulled up to the drive through which was a mad house and gave my code. Finally 30 MINUTES later made it to the window where they handed me a cold bag of food. I'm just hungry and nothing else is open. So I very nicely tell her that the food is cold and she argues with me saying that it was just bagged. I have the food back to her and she redid the fries but thats all.
I work in the same parking lot as this particular McDonald's. I always order my food online and I wait about 5 minutes before walking over because I typically have to wait when I get there. Waiting a couple extra minutes isn't so bad. I waited almost 15 minutes after ordering. The manager that's running the place wasn't very friendly and now I can see why her staff acts the same way.
