The customer service here is horrible! They seem to only care about the drive through and online orders today. After waiting online for five minutes and no one attending to the register a manager finally tells us the system is down and she can not take us. Three customers walked out with us.
Best McDonalds in all of LI. They always serve everything fresh, quick service, highly accommodating staff - just phenomenal. My go to spot when I don’t have time to cook dinner!
This location is constantly messing up my order. I swear they don’t look at what the order is before giving it to the customer. Once again i order once thing and they gave me something completely different, and I usually check before leaving but i was in such a hurry that I didn’t check until i got home. Once I realized I was sooo disappointed. This happens way too often. They need to do better.
