Ordered steak egg and cheese, this is what I got.....this has to be someone's last day before they quit.
Best customer service. Friendly, happy employees. Every employee we interacted with was very pleasant.
Had a mobile order got to the window was told to park in spot a sat there for 10 minutes. Then I finally went in after everybody around us got their food except for us they said they didn’t have my order made us a new order and when I went out to the car and looked everything was wrong. Still in my order. Very disappointing. Second day in a row. They’ve screwed up orders and had to wait for over 15 mins
Used the order kiosk. No slip, employee fixed it, still no slip. Unable to get a receipt. Drive thru was getting priority over inside customers. No real organization or flow of service
