Made us pull us and didn't put ketchup in as requested. We had to pull back in and go inside to ask for ketchup. Why have the drive up? Next time I won't pull up with ketchup or whatever I need. Fill up the large frys you are stealing from customers
I went around 5pm today and the food was really disappointing. It was dry and didn’t taste fresh at all. I understand it can get busy, especially with younger staff, but quality should still be consistent.
