First time I've been in Mcdonalds where instead of just calling out the number, the guy actually brought my food over, and was very polite. Not sure his name but he had a Nike jacket on this day. Nice guy. Also, so glad they brought back the bagels!
Hair in my food. When I called to get this corrected I was given the run around about needing to bring every item back and that it had to be the next day when the GM would be there. What kind of restaurant wouldn’t just remake the food at the very minimum. Just a frustrating experience all together. I ended up just calling my bank to get my money back
The customer service at night sucks!!!!
Food is never correct. Even when the frontline explains it to them they don’t get it correct, soda fountain drinks don’t taste correct either
