I ordered a sausage and cheese McMuffin the guy wasn’t paying attention and had me repeat It a couple times. Didn’t ask me for my code. I ordered the new redbull energizer and if I’m paying over $5 for it I expect it to be full. It’s missing the top. I don’t know why I punish myself and continue to come here but I work hard for my money to give it to a terrible place who doesn’t even fill the cup up.

Honestly I have to say. Horrible Customer Service. The time is now 10:40 as I’m writing this. Went inside the building to eat breakfast, and when I received my sausage McMuffin I did not have my sausage patty on it on my McMuffin. Since they switched over to lunch they told me that they could not make a sausage patty to make my order correct to fix their mistake, rather would I like something from the lunch menu. The total I spent was 3.27 when issuing my refund the Manager in charge gave me a refund of 4.61 doesn’t sit well... read more
