Absolutely unacceptable experience. I asked a simple customization—switching regular milk to chocolate—and Lindzie Van, the manager, reacted with visible hostility. She threw the drink back onto the counter with attitude and zero professionalism. Her behavior was shockingly disrespectful and showed a total disregard for basic customer service. It’s astonishing that McDonald’s would hire someone like Lindzie Van, given her blatant lack of respect and poor treatment of customers. She singlehandedly ruined the visit. Unbelievab... read more
