Ordered a “Cheeseburger extra onion extra pickle.” Came with no burger, but everything else like straight out some viral internet post. Went inside to show the manager and this young kid says, “ya sometimes that happens man” acts like he don’t care.. Like how often are you forgetting to put a BURGER ON THE CHEESEBURGER? This McDonald's Play Place is SO NASTY!!! Looks like there's mouse poop on the stairs, is this place EVER CLEANED? This is not acceptable!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast-food restaurant. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window, the employee handling my order put his hand inside my food bag. Then, while handling my order, his hat actually fell into the bag with my food. Instead of replacing the bag or making a fresh order, he simply took the hat out and handed me the bag like nothing had happened.
