I placed my order at the kiosk and took a number to place on my table, as instructed. The kiosk did not print a receipt for me to know my order number. I sat in the play area and watched as two other families who arrived after us came to be seated with food. After waiting for 15 minutes for food to arrive, I went up to the pickup counter. No one helped me or spoke to me in the five minutes I was there. Finally, an employee handed me my order and said "sorry." My nuggets were hard and stale. My daughter's nuggets were fresh.
I ordered a door dash order from here is was a simple medium lemonade it was completely watered down and barely tasted like lemonade at all
