My complaint is not related to the food or the employees of this location. As we know in WNY, if you have the McD App and the Bills get a Sack there is an offer the next day for a free Big Mac when you spend $2. The next day after the Tampa Bay, which had a sack by D Jones.....the app did not show the offer, I went into the building to talk to and show my app to the cashier. They looked too....and said wow it doesn't show up. Then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do and to discuss with McD Customer Support. ... read more

Be prepared to sit in line for no reason! Not including the horrible sewer smell
