Waited 15 minutes for a cold hashbrown and warm sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle... not sure why it took 15 minutes to get cold food
order took 25 minutes to be made. the staff is cursing very loud that my children can hear, the manager is trying and its not his fault, the staff (young women) are very rude and not doing their job. the manager tried to get them to work/ stop distracting but they had major attitudes. kudos to the manager! but he cant run the place alone. 25 min is too long to wait for food
IF YOU WORK FOR AMAZON DONT EAT HERE YOUR FOOD WONT BE READY IN THE TIME THEY SAY!! I ordered a mcchicken and a med fry and the 2-4min waiting that was promised took 30mins and a required by my boss lunch now. Lobby is out of ac.
