STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE! BAD ATTITUDES!! I ASKED THE MANANGER IF SHE COULD HAND US OUR DRINKS BECAUSE THEY HAD BEEN SITTING OFF TO THE SIDE FOR A WHILE (WE DIDNT WANT THEM TO GET WATERED DOWN) AND SHE YELLED SHE'S SUPPOSED TO HAND THEM TO YOU!! (THE CASHIER THAT'S TAKING EVERYONES ORDERS, DEALING WITH A LONG ORDER) THE CASHIER WAS RUDE AS WELL! NO HELLO NOTHING. BUT I GUESS THEY TAKE AFTER THE MANAGER!!🤷🏽♀ I WOULD BEVER GO BACK
Sitting in this drive-thru in this long line and it’s not even moving! 😒 The workers and staff need to do better and stop playing around. People have places to be, and nobody should have to sit here waiting forever! 🤦🏾♀
I placed my order on the kiosk, wasn’t given a receipt so I waited. My order came up and I noticed the bag was almost empty. (I ordered 3 items, and received 1.) when I told the woman behind the counter that my bagel and burrito were missing, she asked to see my receipt. After arguing with her, I said I’ll just take a refund, i’m not gonna argue over food I paid for. She then made my order correct, With an attitude like it was a huge issue.
