They used to ALWAYSSS get my order wrong, so I stopped going here about a year ago and just go across town for it at the Kenrick Ave location. Went back today thinking they had to be somewhat better at this point, and they literally got my entire order wrong lmao. Don’t waste your money just go to the one on the other side of town! They will never change lol
I noticed there has been a trend of incomplete or incorrect orders. I have given them 5 chances to do better and nothing. The family did an order tonight. The fries were missing, got a 6 piece nugget instead of a 10 piece, got 3 cookies instead of 2 apple pies and received no sauce with the nugget meal. When my husband tried to message about the incorrect order he got the run around and a whole heck of a lot of so sorry but prove it. My son had options, but he wanted a McDonald’s birthday party! We had 7 rowdy 7 year olds in their play area for 1.5 hr. Their manager on duty, Conrado, was awesome. He was very hospitable and catered to our every need. Keep in mind it doesn’t cost anything to reserve. Conrado was outstanding. Thank you.
