We keep coming here hoping it will be better but honestly it seems like the people that work here are just lazy. They never give you all of your sauce that u pay for. The fries are always cold and never filled up all the way. These folks need to do better fr u have one job bruh just do it right
I Ordered food on the app, My card got charged and I had an email confirmation/reciept at the right store, but the store never received the order. Either the Manager or the assistant Manager wanted me to wait at least 30 minutes before he could even attempt to help me, insisting the money would go back on my card within 20-30min. I was going to stop coming here cause they messed up the food in a couple of ways. But I brought the food back and the manager Ro shae, I might have misheard the name but she’s got long red dreads, fixed everything and made it up. She’s a really good manager.
Almost always leaves items out of my order, just now they didn't give me any sauce even though I explicitly asked to try the new limited sauce option in the store. Fries are frequently old and soft. McDonalds isn't cheap anymore, yet we get no improvement to service to go with the increased prices. Edit after one year, decided to try again... They gave me a single when I paid for a double. If I could give a negative score I would.
