Too lazy to cook a quarter pounder for a door dash order. I will be calling corporate for my money back. Manager on at 10:00 PM 10/18/25 was extremely rude and hung up on me.
Eagle Horse is very kind. He made sure we were taken care of and we had our order. Hand delivered out food to our table hot and fresh. Gave us everything we asked for including the extra napkins and ketchup. This is the best McDonald’s in Ocala
This location is something else. I have went to 4 or 5 other locations within the same day and paid for large water cups. I get to this location and I asked the lady up front how much is it for a large water cup not expecting anything for free. She tells me that they can’t sell me a large water cup it would have to be a medium(not sure if she was referring to getting a free water or what).I tell the lady that I have done this at previous locations the same day and I’ve purchased it for $1. Close at 9 pm now, which sucks. Always a toss up how this McDonald's is. Tonight my burger was cold and old but the fries were hot and fresh. Employees are always nice. Update 05/01/22 open late again. Manager acted odd but also was running both windows, lol Update 10/2025 This location has had renovations done and always seems to be on top of everything now. Employees and management is nice.
